Brain Surgery Recovery: Mdm Lau’s Personal Experience

My journey began when I started experiencing headaches. After seeking medical advice, I also consulted a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner. Around that time, I understood that insufficient oxygen supply to my brain was a concern. I came across the Bio Young hydrogen-oxygen health machine on Facebook and decided to rent one to try hydrogen inhalation.

In June, I underwent an MRI scan, which showed a brain mass measuring approximately 5 cm. I subsequently underwent brain surgery on 14 July, when the measurement reported in my account was around 4.7 cm.

After the operation, I spent just one day in the intensive care unit before being transferred to the general ward. I was told that I might need seven days in the general ward, but I was discharged after five days. I also shared that I did not take any painkillers during my hospital stay, up to the day I was discharged.

I felt that my recovery went well. My surgical wound healed quickly, and a physiotherapist came to assess my walking and balance. After seeing me, the physiotherapist said that I was doing well and that no further visits were necessary.

During this period, I incorporated hydrogen inhalation into my personal wellness routine. My daily routine involved using the hydrogen-oxygen health machine for around two hours in the morning, two hours after lunch and another two hours after work.

I felt more refreshed and less tired the following day. My family and friends also commented that I looked energetic and healthy rather than pale or exhausted after major surgery. Some even said that I looked younger and that my complexion and skin looked good.

This experience has encouraged me to pay closer attention to my health and wellbeing. I believe everyone's experience is different, and I encourage others to make informed decisions about their health with guidance from their healthcare professionals.
